Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mimosaa. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size, color, or different products of equal or greater value. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and shipping details
- Pack the item(s) securely and ship to the provided address
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
