Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mimosaa jewellery. If you're not satisfied, we offer refunds according to the following policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at hello@ibtamebeads.com to initiate a return
  2. Ship the item back to our Mumbai address
  3. We'll inspect the item upon receipt
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@ibtamebeads.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
